For questions of any kind, we offer you the opportunity to contact us via a form provided on the website. In doing so, it is necessary to provide a valid e-mail address, so that we know from whom the inquiry originates and so that we can answer it. Further information can be provided voluntarily. 

Data processing for the purpose of contacting us, is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. a DSGVO on the basis of your voluntarily given consent. The personal data collected by us for the use of the contact form will be automatically deleted after completion of your request. 

c) For applications
We collect and process the personal data of applicants for the purpose of handling the application process. The processing may also take place electronically. This is particularly the case if an applicant submits corresponding application documents to us electronically, for example by e-mail or via a web form located on the website. 

Data processing for the purpose of handling the application process is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. a DSGVO on the basis of your voluntarily given consent. If we conclude an employment contract with an applicant, we will permanently store the transmitted data for the purpose of processing the employment relationship in compliance with the statutory provisions. 

If we do not conclude an employment contract with an applicant, we will automatically delete the application documents two months after notification of the rejection decision, provided that no other legitimate interests on our part prevent deletion. Other legitimate interest in this sense is, for example, a duty to provide evidence in proceedings under the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG).
